- Mitsudomoe -

Tradionally, the symbol known as the "Mitsudomoe" can be traced back to its Japanese Origins that lay deep within Okinawan History. To me personally, however, the "Mitsudomoe" has always come to represent the universal balance between the body, mind, and soul. Should one focus on the three spinning "commas" one can see the cyclical nature of body, mind and soul. Should one focus instead on the space inbetween one can see the perfect unification of three seemingly seperate properties into one focused center. The inner edge surrounding the body of the symbol represents the circle of life, and the outer edge represents the four exoteric elements as well as their transitional periods. All things considered, the Mitsudomoe has been one of the most meaningful symbols in my journey through life.

BODY

The body, or rather for the purposes of this particular segment the "Human" body, is quite easily one of the most complex and versatile tool available to us. Completely at our personal disposal from the onset of birth, the human body remains with us throughout the duration of one's perceived existance on Earth. It is for this very reason that the majority of individuals measure their own lifespan based on the physical quality of their bodies.
